PAYMENT
Bills must be paid in full when picking up your dog. Either Cash or Check or Venmo or Zelle is acceptable.

Fill out and sign dog/client information and Release

o Current on all vaccinations.
o Distemper/Parvo Combination (DHLPP)
o Bordatella (kennel cough)
o Rabies

Cancellation policy!

I respectally ask you Please, give me 24 hour notice if you are going to or have to cancel/reschedule your appointment!

We of anyone understand Life happens,

Please contact us 24 hours before appt. to cancel either by phone, text or on messenger, so I can possible fill the appt time with someone else.

There is a no flea policy. You will be called if your dog has fleas immediately to come get them!!

TLC Family!!

Just some basic to go over.

1. All Dogs need to be fully vaccinated 2 wks prior to appt. Proof of vaccination is your responsibility to provide before appointment is made. We require DHPP, Lepto and Rabies and Bordetella (Kennel Caugh)! you can text us or email us vaccines before scheduling appt. 2. • First and foremost, please make sure that ALL dogs are treated for fleas/ticks PRIOR to scheduling an appointment…I do not groom dogs that have flea’s…if live fleas are seen during grooming, the groom will be STOPPED and the owner will be called to come get their pet immediately! There are more details in the “featured” flea policy.

• Secondly, please let me know 24 hours BEFORE you have to cancel your appointment(s)…if you cancel same day they WILL BE a $50 cancellation fee.. because I do not have enough time to fill the slot and I do have people who want that grooming slot if you can not make it! *also in the “featured” posts.
