Fill out application only if you are ready to proceed with getting on the DEPOSIT WAITING LIST for a puppy from TLC by the Lake. We have the right at anytime to reject an application as per our discretion.

Venmo and Zelle do not have fees:
1. Deposit $350.
2. Puppy pampering is $600 per week
3. Deposit and Puppy papering week is $950.
